For us the only acceptable outcome for any project is 100% customer satisfaction. As a team we are immensely proud of what we achieve with our customers and the vast majority of the projects that are awarded to us are introduced by word of mouth or as a result of repeat business. In the event that we cannot guarantee to deliver 100% satisfaction on a particular project we don't want a customer's money.
