The system Atlas has created for us has revolutionised the way in which we do business with our partners. We're now looking to roll this out nationwide and I can't wait to see the positive effect it has on the quality of service our customers receive.

www.shelter.org.ukShelter was founded in 1966 and is one the UK's leading charities focused on helping the homeless and those in need of accommodation support. Shelter needed a system to better manage those in need making use of Shelter's services and contacted Atlas to request the creation of a custom made web based application to manage referrals between Shelter and their partners.
Project Highlights

- Powerful referral tracking and reporting ensures that all of Shelter's customers are given a high level of service
- Automatic e-mail notifications ensures that referrals are quickly escalated where necessary
